The
shipping fees below are applicable for all orders placed online
via our PayPal service for our reprint titles. Please
note that these fees differ slightly from those for our
secondhand titles (which cannot be purchased online).
The
domestic flat rate is only for those who reside in the
USA (and its territories) and is added automatically during
checkout via PayPal.
The
foreign airmail surcharge is for those who live
outside the USA (and its territories) and this must be
manually added by the purchaser after checkout (the purchaser is
prompted for this in the confirmation of order message).
The combination of the domestic flat rate and the foreign
airmail surcharge approximates the actual cost of shipping books
outside of the USA by airmail. Please
note, due to changes that have been made within the USA postal
service, the foreign surface rate no longer exists, and so we
are unfortunately now required to charge all of foreign
customers the airmail rate. We apologize in advance
for this inconvenience. MANUALLY
